Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion

• Coordinate, participate and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of complete CBRNe applications with IT, mechanical and electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations

• Contribute to the development of detailed project plans, including schedules, technical specifications and resource allocation to ensure the successful implementation of the project

• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to team members

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any challenges

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes effectively

• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements, integrating new methodologies and best practices into project management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related engineering fields

• Experience in project engineering or commissioning roles, with a focus on IT or automation systems.

• Ability to effectively coordinate and supervise project activities and stakeholders

• Good problem-solving abilities and a practical approach to troubleshooting technical issues

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required by project demands

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout project lifecycles

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Previous experience in CBRNe and safety and security fields is an advantage
