X-routes Privacy Policy

In this privacy policy, the X-routes product and the X-routes mobile games together means the X-routes mobile application that is downloaded from Android or iOS stores and installed to Android or iOS devices, and also means a browser based web application (together referred to both as "Application"), which both can be used for playing the X-routes mobile games (also referred later as "Game").

Data Correctness

Observis Oy's clients and partners (also referred later as "Game Makers") will produce following content and information content to the Games visible in the Application including, but not limited to:

• Basic information of the Game: geo-location, time and date, name, picture and descriptions
• Information and content of the Game's checkpoints, hints and tasks: geo-locations, times and dates, names, pictures, videos, descriptions, score points, the amount of score points needed to use to unlock hints, texts of hints, pictures of hints, description of the tasks, score points of the tasks and available options needed for completing the tasks
• Information and content of the achievements that can be achieved by playing the Game: names, pictures, descriptions, expiration times and dates and terms of use

The persons who are registering as players of a Game, can give the following content and information content visible in the Application, and seen by other players of the Game. This information content is public and will also be visible and available for third parties (also referred later as "Third Party") as a form of player leaderboard:

Observis Oy does not verify the correctness of these contents. Responsibility for the content and its ownership is described in the Terms of Service of the Application.

Data Processing

The Application runs on our Google Cloud Platform (later referred to as "GCP"), where also the information collected for X-routes Player Register is stored. You may want to read more about Google's terms that opens up on the following links:

Observis Oy acts as the data controller of the collected information specified in this privacy policy and Google is a data processor processing the collected information behalf of the data controller. Google does not have a separate permission to use the information we collect for any other purposes than enabling the processing of the data. Observis Oy has limited the processing of collected information to employees only who have signed a separate confidentiality agreement. Access to the X-routes Player Register is protected by modern technology with identifications and passwords.

The Application uses cookies and local storage of the device to store following information including, but not limited to:

• The choice of language and localization e.g. fi_FI or en_US
• First time user of the Application: true or false
• All visible and non-visible information content of the Game, the Games played, and public Games in the Application, including the following non-visible information content of the leaderboard: the unique identifiers of the players e.g. 1234, the number of the achievements achieved by the players e.g. 1
• Unique identifiers of the Games you have played e.g. 1234
• Unique identifiers stored locally during playing a Game: unique identifiers of the checkpoints seen by you, and unique identifiers of the checkpoints you have available and missed

The information listed above will be stored in your device so that the Application would also work temporarily without internet connection. In addition, by storing the information listed above in your device, we are optimizing and improving the Application's performance to work when there are a high amount of users currently playing the Game simultaneously, or otherwise with slow internet connection. The information listed above is stored in your device so we could provide the best possible user experience for you when playing the Games and using the Application.

By giving your Player name, you will register as a user of the Application and the following information given by you will be collected and stored to our X-routes Player Register:

• Player name
• Time stamp, when registration has been done successfully
• Preferred choice of language and localization e.g. fi_FI or en_US

During when you have joined a Game and while you are playing the Game, we collect and store the following information that concerns playing the Game and your performance in the Game to our X-routes Player Register. The following information can also be combined with the collected information listed above, given by you when you have registered as a user of the Application:

• Time stamp when you have joined the Game
• All the information of the Games that you have joined, and you have played
• Overall score points earned in the Games
• Information of the checkpoints you have opened, the tasks you have completed, and the score points you have earned by opening the checkpoints and by completing the tasks in the Games
• Hints to help you open and complete the checkpoints and questions
• Time stamps when you have opened a checkpoint or completed a task
• Achievements you have earned, and time stamps when you have earned an achievement in the Games

We use the information listed above, collected during when you have joined a Game and while playing the Game to enable and to monitor the intended and appropriate usage of the Application. We also use the information to form the view content visible in the Application and seen by the other players, such as player profile view, leaderboard view consisting of the players of the Game, and also to determine the winners of the Game.

When joining any Game, we use the information listed above, given by you, collected when you have registered as a user of the Application together with the information listed above, collected during when you have joined a Game and while you are playing the Game, to form the views visible in the Application and seen by the other players. The views are player profile view, and leaderboard view, consisted of the players of the Game, where the following information are visible and can be seen by other players of the Game: your Player name, the overall score points you have earned in the Game, and the number of the checkpoints you have opened in the Game.

We may implicitly use the information we collect specified in this privacy policy to develop the Application in Observis Oy. The information we collect will help us to enhance user experience and enjoyment using the Application. We use our own development environment for the Application in Observis Oy, which is protected from any third-parties.

In addition with the information given by you, collected when you have registered as a user of the Application, during when you have joined a Game and while playing the Game, we collect the following user property information (also referred later as "User Property Information") based on legitimate interest while you are using the Application:

• amount of visitors or users in a Service
• age group distributions of the users of a Service
• sex distributions of the users of a Service
• generally categorized interests of the users of a Service
• countries or areas from where a Service is accessed
• new and regular user distribution of a Service
• web addresses from where a Service is accessed
• most popular pages or views in a Service
• browser versions a Service is used on
• devices a Service is used on
• time spent on the Services.

We use the collected User Property Information listed above for reviewing the Application usage statistics, so that we could understand the preferences and behavior of the Application's user, which helps us to enhance user experience and enjoyment using the Application, to develop and improve business including research and product development, and also to serve customers. We do not store the collected User Property Information listed above in the same place with the other collected information, and we do not combine any of the collected User Property Information listed above to any other collected information in any way. The collected User Property Information listed above will be kept, stored, held, and handled as separated from all the other collected information so the user can not be identified by combining any of the other collected information. We do not use the collected User Property Information listed above for direct marketing purposes, and we do not execute any kind of automated individual decision-making towards users of the Application, nor execute other automated individual decision-making based on the basis of any of the collected information.

Disclosure of the Data

As a customer service we may disclose the collected User Property Information only as a form of the Application usage statistics to the Game Makers and our partners. We may publish the visible information of players visible in the leaderboard e.g. on social media. Third Party can only access the following information, given by you, and the information formed during when you have played the Games that concerns your performance in the Game:

• Your Player name
• Your ranking in the Game
• The score points you have earned in the Game

The information listed above is disclosed to Third Parties as a form of player leaderboard. Third Parties may use the information as limited by Observis Oy and current legislation e.g. to form and to display a leaderboard of a Game's monthly top players.

Practices Specific to the Application

Practices specific to the Application are:

We process the information described in this privacy policy on the basis of legitimate interest in enabling the appropriate use of the Application and for you to be able to operate the Application as intended.

• You may request correction or removal of the information given by you from our X-routes Player Register by contacting info@observis.fi via email, or by contacting directly to the named Data Protection Officer whose contact information you may find by navigating in our web page www.observis.fi.
• By giving your consent the Application uses your geo-location information to show your location on the map. The Application does not share your geo-location information, nor store it in the Application, database or in other registers. You may cancel your consent by cancelling the permission for the Application to use geo-location information from your device's settings, or by uninstalling the Application from your device.

Otherwise the main Observis Oy Privacy Policy will be applied.

X-routes-tietosuojakäytäntö

Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä X-routes-tuotteella ja X-routes mobiilipeleillä yhteisesti tarkoitetaan Android tai iOS-kaupoista ladattavaa ja Android- tai iOS-järjestelmiin asennettavaa X-routes mobiilisovellusta ja selainpohjaista web-sovellusta (myöhemmin viitattu yhteisesti molempiin myös "Sovellus"), joita molempia voidaan käyttää X-routes mobiilipelien pelaamiseen (myöhemmin viitattu myös "Peli").

Tietojen oikeellisuus

Observis Oy:n asiakkaat ja yhteistyökumppanit (myöhemmin viitattu myös "Pelien Tekijät") tuottavat muun muassa seuraavaa Sovelluksessa näytettävien Pelien sisältöjä ja tietosisältöjä:

• Pelin perustiedot: sijainti-/paikkatieto, ajankohta, nimi, kuva ja kuvaustekstit
• Pelin rastien, vihjeiden ja tehtävien tiedot ja sisällöt: sijainti-/paikkatiedot, ajankohdat, nimet, kuvat, videot, kuvaustekstit, pistemäärät, vihjeiden avaamiseen käytettävät pistemäärät, vihjeiden tekstit, vihjeiden kuvat, tehtävien kuvaustekstit, tehtävien pistemäärät ja tehtävien suorittamiseen tarvittavat vaihtoehdot
• Pelissä ansaittujen saavutusten tiedot: nimet, kuvat, kuvaustekstit, voimassaolon ajankohdat ja käyttöehdot

Pelin pelaajiksi rekisteröityvät henkilöt voivat antaa seuraavia Sovelluksessa näytettäviä ja muiden Pelin pelaajien nähtävillä olevia sisältöjä ja tietosisältöjä. Nämä tiedot ovat julkisia ja myös kolmansille osapuolille (myöhemmin viitattu myös "Kolmas Osapuoli") näkyviä ja Kolmansien Osapuolien saatavilla olevia tietosisältöjä pelaajien esimerkiksi pelin kärki -listan muodossa:

• Pelaajanimi

Observis Oy:llä ole mahdollisuutta tarkistaa näiden sisältöjen oikeellisuutta. Vastuu sisällöistä ja niiden omistusoikeuksista on kuvattu Sovelluksen palvelulausekkeessa.

Tietojen käsittely

Sovellus toimii tilaamassamme Google Cloud Platform -palvelussa (myöhemmin viitattu myös "GCP"), jonne myös X-routes-pelaajarekisteriin kerätyt tiedot tallentuvat. Voit halutessasi lukea lisää seuraavista linkeistä avautuvista Googlen ehdoista:

Observis Oy:n toimii tässä tietosuojakäytännössä mainittujen kerättyjen tietojen rekisterinpitäjänä ja Google rekisterinpitäjän lukuun toimivana tietojen käsittelijänä. Googlella ei ole erillistä lupaa käyttää keräämiämme tietoja muuhun, kuin tietojen käsittelyn mahdollistamisen tarkoituksiin. Observis Oy:ssä tietoja käsittelevät vain työntekijämme, jotka ovat kirjoittaneet erillisen salassapitosopimuksen. X-routes-pelaajarekisterin tietoihin pääsy on suojattu nykyaikaisin tekniikoin, sekä tunnuksin ja salasanoin.

Sovellus tallentaa muun muassa seuraavia tietoja laitteeseesi:

• Kielivalinta ja lokalisaation valinta esimerkiksi fi_FI tai en_US
• Ensimmäistä kertaa käyttävän Sovelluksen käyttäjä: "true" tai "false"
• Pelin, pelattujen Pelien ja muiden julkisten Pelien kaikki Sovelluksessa näytettävät, ja ei näytettävät tiedot, mukaan lukien seuraavat pelin kärki -pelaajalistan ei näytettävät tiedot: pelaajien yksilöivät tunnisteet esimerkiksi 1234, pelaajien avaamien saavutusten lukumäärät esimerkiksi 1
• Viimeksi pelaamiesi Pelien yksilöivät tunnisteet esimerkiksi 1234
• Paikalliset Pelin pelaamisen aikana tallennetut yksilöivät tunnisteet: katsomiesi rastien yksilöivät tunnisteet, sekä saatavilla olevien ja ohittamiesi salarastien yksilöivät tunnisteet

Yllä luetellut tiedot tallennetaan laitteeseesi, jotta Sovellus toimisi myös tilapäisesti ilman internet-yhteyttä. Lisäksi yllä lueteltujen tietojen tallentamisella laitteeseesi me optimoimme ja parannamme Sovelluksen suorituskykyä toimia esimerkiksi Pelin samanaikaisten pelaajien määrän ollessa huomattavan suuri tai muusta syystä internet-yhteyden ollessa hidas. Nämä tiedot tallennetaan laitteeseesi, jotta voisimme tarjota sinulle parhaan mahdollisen käyttäjäkokemuksen pelatessasi Pelejä ja käyttäessäsi Sovellusta.

Antamalla pelaajanimen, rekisteröidyt Sovelluksen käyttäjäksi, sekä keräämme ja tallennamme X-routes-pelaajarekisteriimme seuraavia antamiasi tietoja:

• Pelaajanimi
• Aikaleima, jolloin rekisteröinti on tehty onnistuneesti
• Ensisijaisen kielivalinnan ja lokalisoinnin tieto esimerkiksi fi_FI tai en_US

Peliin liittymisen ja Pelin pelaamisen aikana keräämme ja tallennamme X-routes-pelaajarekisteriimme seuraavia Pelin pelaamiseen ja Pelissä tekemääsi suoritukseen liittyviä tietoja. Seuraavat tiedot voidaan myös liittää yllä lueteltuihin Sovelluksen käyttäjäksi rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä antamiisi tietoihin:

• Aikaleima, milloin olet liittynyt Peliin
• Kaikki Pelien tiedot, joihin olet liittynyt ja joita olet pelannut
• Peleissä ansaitsemasi kokonaispistemäärät
• Peleissä avaamasi rastien ja suorittamasi tehtävien tiedot, sekä niistä ansaitsemasi pistemäärät
• Rastien ja kysymysten avaamista ja suorittamista helpottavat vihjeet
• Aikaleimat, jolloin olet avannut rastin tai suorittanut tehtävän
• Peleissä ansaitsemasi saavutukset, sekä aikaleimat milloin olet ansainnut saavutuksen

Käytämme yllä lueteltuja Peliin liittymisen ja Pelin pelaamisen aikana kerättyjä tietoja Sovelluksen tarkoituksenmukaisen käytön mahdollistamiseen ja sen valvomiseen. Käytämme näitä tietoja myös Sovelluksessa näytettävien ja muiden Pelin pelaajien nähtävillä olevien Pelin pelaajaprofiilien ja Pelin pelaajista koostuvan pelin kärki -listan muodostamiseen ja pelin voittajien määrittämiseen.

Liittyessäsi mihin tahansa Peliin, käytämme yllä lueteltuja Sovelluksen käyttäjäksi rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä antamiasi tietoja yhdessä Peliin liittymisen ja Pelin pelaamisen aikana kerättyjen tietojen kanssa Sovelluksessa näytettävien ja muiden Pelin pelaajien nähtävillä olevien näkymien muodostamiseen. Näkymiä ovat pelaajaprofiilisi, sekä Pelin pelaajista koostuva pelin kärki -lista, joissa on näkyvillä seuraavat Pelin muiden pelaajien näkemät tiedot: pelaajanimesi, sekä Pelissä ansaitsemasi kokonaispistemäärä ja Pelissä avaamiesi rastien lukumäärä.

Saatamme käyttää epäsuorasti tässä tietosuojakäytännössä mainittuja keräämiämme tietoja Sovelluksen kehittämiseen Observis Oy:n sisällä. Keräämämme tiedot auttavat meitä parantamaan Sovellusta ja sen käyttökokemusta. Käytämme kehitykseen Sovellukselle tarkoitettua omaa ulkopuolisilta ja kolmansilta osapuolilta suojattua Observis Oy:n kehitysympäristöä.

Keräämme oikeutettuun etuun perustuen Sovelluksen käyttäjäksi rekisteröitymisen, Peliin liittymisen, sekä Pelin pelaamisen yhteydessä kerättyjen ja antamiesi tietojen lisäksi myös seuraavia käyttäjän ominaisuustietoja (myöhemmin viitattu myös "Käyttäjän Ominaisuustiedot") Sovelluksen käytön aikana:

• Palvelun kävijä- tai käyttäjämäärät
• Palvelun käyttäjien ikäryhmäjakauma
• Palvelun käyttäjien sukupuolijakauma
• Palvelun käyttäjien kiinnostukset yleisin kohderyhmittäin
• maat tai maanosat, joista Palvelua käytetään
• uusien ja vakiintuneiden Palvelun käyttäjien jakauma
• verkko-osoite, mistä on tultu Palveluun
• aiemmat sekä suosituimmat sivut tai näkymät ja niiden näyttökerrat Palvelussa
• selainversiot, joilla Palvelua käytetään
• laitteet, joilla Palvelua käytetään
• Palveluissa käytetty aika.

Käytämme yllä lueteltuja kerättyjä Käyttäjän Ominaisuustietoja Sovelluksen käyttötilastojen tarkasteluun, jotta voisimme ymmärtää Sovelluksen käyttäjiä ja heidän mieltymyksiään, mikä auttaa meitä parantamaan Sovellusta ja sen käyttökokemusta, parantamaan ja kehittämään liiketoimintaa mukaan lukien tuotekehitys, sekä palvelemaan asiakkaitamme. Emme säilytä yllä lueteltuja kerättyjä Käyttäjän Ominaisuustietoja muiden kerättyjen tietojen kanssa samassa paikassa, emmekä yhdistele millään tavalla mitään yllä lueteltuja kerättyjä Käyttäjän Ominaisuustietoja mihinkään muihin kerättyihin tietoihin. Yllä luetellut kerätyt Käyttäjän Ominaisuustiedot tallennetaan, säilytetään, pidetään ja käsitellään erillään kaikista muista kerätyistä tiedoista, jotta henkilöä ei voitaisi muita kerättyjä tietoja yhdistelemällä tunnistaa. Emme käytä yllä lueteltuja kerättyjä Käyttäjän Ominaisuustietoja suoramarkkinointiin, emmekä suorita minkäänlaista Sovelluksen käyttäjiin kohdistuvaa tai muuta automaattista päätöksentekoa minkään yllä lueteltujen kerättyjen tietojen pohjalta.

Tietojen luovutus

Asiakaspalveluna saatamme luovuttaa kerättyjä Käyttäjän Ominaisuustietoja vain Sovelluksen käyttötilastojen muodossa Pelien Tekijöille, sekä yhteistyökumppaneillemme. Saatamme julkaista Pelin pelin kärki -listassa näkyviä pelaajien tietoja esimerkiksi sosiaalisessa mediassa. Kolmannella Osapuolella on pääsy vain seuraaviin antamiisi tietoihin ja pelaamiesi Pelien aikana muodostettuihin pelisuoritustasi koskeviin tietoihin:

• Pelaajanimesi
• Sijoituksesi Pelissä
• Pelissä ansaitsemasi pistemäärä

Yllä luetellut tiedot luovutetaan Kolmansille Osapuolille Pelien pelaajien pelin kärki -listan muodossa. Kolmannet Osapuolet voivat käyttää näitä tietoja Observis Oy:n rajoittamana, sekä nykyisen lainsäädännön puitteissa esimerkiksi muodostaakseen ja esittääkseen pelin kärki -listan Pelin kuukausittaisista pelaajista.

Sovellusta koskevat käytännöt

Sovellusta koskevat käytännöt:

• Käsittelemme tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kuvattuja tietoja oikeutettuun etuun perustuen, jotta pystyisimme mahdollistamaan Sovelluksen tarkoituksenmukaisen käytön ja Sovelluksen toiminnan sinua varten.
• Voit oikaista antamiasi tietoja tai pyytää tietojesi poistamista X-routes-pelaajarekisteristämme ottamalla yhteyttä sähköpostilla info@observis.fi tai suoraan nimitettyyn tietosuojavastaavaan etsimällä yhteystiedot verkkosivuiltamme www.observis.fi.

Antamalla suostumuksesi Sovellus käyttää tarkkaa sijainti-/paikkatietoasi näyttääkseen sijaintisi kartalla. Sovellus ei jaa tarkkaa sijainti-/paikkatietoasi, eikä tallenna sitä Sovellukseen tai Sovelluksen käyttämään tietokantaan tai muuhun rekisteriin. Voit peruuttaa suostumuksesi peruuttamalla Sovelluksen luvan käyttää tarkkaa sijainti-/paikkatietoasi laitteesi asetuksista, tai poistamalla Sovelluksen laitteestasi.

Muilta osin sovelletaan Observis Oy:n yleistä tietosuojaselostetta.
